1. How long does shipping take?

Once you place your order, the product is first shipped from the original online shop (e.g. in the UK, Germany, or USA) to our local warehouse. This usually takes 2–3 business days.

From our warehouse, we ship your parcel to Korea, which typically takes 5–7 business days. Delivery speed depends on customs clearance and the accuracy of your provided information (such as shipping address and Korean customs code). Delays caused by customs inspections or incorrect data are beyond our control.

2. Are there customs fees or import taxes?

Yes, Korean customs apply certain thresholds:

  • For shipments from outside the USA: Under 150 USD is duty-free
  • For shipments from the USA: Under 200 USD is duty-free

If your order exceeds these thresholds, import duties may apply. We offer an optional order-splitting service to divide your order into smaller shipments, helping you stay below the limits and avoid extra charges. Split shipments may arrive separately.

3. Can I return or exchange products?

Unfortunately, returns are not possible. Since products are purchased abroad and shipped internationally, returning items to the country of origin would involve high costs and complex logistics. By placing an order, you agree to accept and keep the items you’ve purchased.

4. Why are there multiple shipping fees?

Shippido is a multi-vendor marketplace, and each vendor reflects a different online shop from a different country. This means that if you purchase from multiple vendors (e.g. one from the UK and another from Germany), separate shipping fees may apply for each vendor, depending on their origin and logistics costs.

For best results, we recommend grouping your order from as few vendors as possible.

5. What if a product I ordered is no longer available?

Because we mirror popular online shops, we rely on their stock availability. Sometimes, a product shown on our platform may already be sold out. If that happens, we will refund the exact amount for that item. The rest of your order will still be processed and shipped. Full order cancellations are not possible due to single item unavailability.

6. What can I do if a product is not listed in the marketplace?

If you can’t find a specific product in our marketplace, you can use our Shippido Forwarding Service. This service allows you to shop directly from any store abroad and ship the item to one of our warehouses (in the USA, UK, or Germany).

You just need to visit our forwarding section, sign up, and get your personal forwarding code to follow the simple steps provided there.
