Cooking Instructions:
1 Preheat oven to 200°C Fan, 220°C Electric, Gas mark 7
2 Par boil potatoes for 10-15 mins until just tender.
3 Drain potatoes, tossing gently in a colander to fluff up edges.
4 Put potatoes in a bowl, drizzle over 2 dessert spoons of oil and then sprinkle contents of sachet. Mix to coat evenly.
5 Spread seasoned potatoes onto a well-oiled large flat baking tray, roast for 30 mins, turning regularly until potatoes are golden brown, crispy and tender.
