Asado Sauce
Recipe {Coats four large beefsteaks}
- 2 tomatoes, quartered
- 1 bunch of fresh coriander, chopped
- 6 spring onions
- 5 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp of red chili sauce
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Blend the ingredients in a food processor and allow the salsa to chill in the fridge for 2 hours, then add to the beefsteaks to marinate for another 2 hours. Grill the steaks and allow the meat to rest before serving. Enjoy with a glass of Beefsteak Club Asado Edition Merlot!
