Vendor Terms and Conditions

These Vendor Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between each Vendor ("Seller", "You") and Shippido ("Marketplace", "We", "Us"), regarding the use of the Shippido platform for listing and selling products.

1. Application and Approval Process

All applicants wishing to sell on Shippido must undergo a review and approval process. We reserve the right to accept or reject any Vendor application at our sole discretion, without the obligation to provide a reason.

2. Vendor Plans and Commission

Shippido offers multiple Vendor Plans, each defining service levels, product limits, and commission structures. The applicable plan will be determined during onboarding, based on the Vendor’s size, product range, and operational needs. Commission fees are calculated per sale and vary depending on the chosen plan.

3. Vendor Obligations

• Vendors must provide accurate product information, including images, descriptions, and prices.
• Vendors are responsible for order fulfillment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All products listed must comply with applicable laws, customs regulations, and our platform rules.
• Vendors must respond to customer service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Vendors must keep stock levels up to date and ensure prompt processing of orders.

4. Product Restrictions

Prohibited or restricted products (as defined in our customs and platform policy) may not be listed. It is the Vendor’s responsibility to ensure compliance with import/export regulations relevant to the destination country.

5. Payments and Payouts

Shippido collects payments from customers and processes payouts to Vendors after deducting the applicable commission and service fees. Payout schedules and methods are defined in the Vendor Plan.

6. Termination and Suspension

Shippido reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Vendor account at any time in cases of policy violation, fraudulent activity, or failure to meet operational standards.

7. Data and Privacy

Vendor data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Vendors agree not to misuse any customer data obtained through the platform and must comply with all applicable data protection regulations.

8. Modifications

Shippido may modify these Vendor Terms and Conditions at any time. Vendors will be notified of changes and continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shippido is incorporated, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By registering as a Vendor on Shippido, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and confirm that you have read and understood the above provisions.
